Billing rounding policy

Some services are billed for their exact duration, while others are billed in whole-minute increments. The billing method depends on the service, not on the individual call.

Bill by actual duration

The following services are billed by actual usage time. Live Hub does not round these charges to whole minutes, so you pay only for the seconds used.

AI agent assist platform
Speech-to-text and text-to-speech services
Voice translation (active and passive)

Bill in 60-second increments

The following services are rounded up to the next whole minute for billing purposes: - Inbound and outbound PSTN - Inbound and outbound bot connection - Agent assist bot connection - Inbound and outbound SIP - Inbound Click-to-call - Inbound and outbound WhatsApp - Recording and external recording

For example,a 51-second call is billed as 1 minute, and a 65-second call is billed as 2 minutes.

A single call can generate both types of charges. For example, the PSTN portion of the call may be billed in whole-minute increments, while speech services used during the call are billed by actual duration.
